FW88 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each user and FW88 regarding access to the website, account services, sports betting markets, casino games, promotions, payments, and related features. By registering, depositing, placing a wager, or otherwise using FW88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms together with the Privacy Policy and responsible gambling requirements.

Registration and Account Security

A Player may register only one FW88 Account unless written approval is provided. Registration details must be complete, current, and truthful. Duplicate, misleading, shared, transferred, or impersonated Accounts are prohibited. FW88 may combine or close duplicate Accounts and review associated balances, bonuses, or wagers.

You must keep your username, password, authentication details, and registered device secure. You must not allow another person, including a family member or friend, to use your Account. Activity completed with valid Account credentials may be treated as authorised unless FW88 receives prompt notice of suspected compromise.

Players should use a strong, unique password and sign out after using a shared device. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported immediately using the plain-text support email shown in the footer. FW88 may temporarily restrict an Account while investigating security concerns.

Deposits, Payment Methods, and Player Funds

Deposits must be made using supported methods and funds that legally belong to the Player. Available Malaysian payment options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The methods, MYR limits, processing estimates, and availability displayed by FW88 may change according to provider or operational requirements.

Third-party deposits, chargebacks made without valid grounds, reversed transfers, and transactions involving unlawful funds are prohibited. FW88 may ask for proof of payment ownership or source of funds. A deposit is not guaranteed to be credited until the payment provider confirms successful settlement.

Player funds are intended for genuine betting and gaming activity. FW88 is not a bank, remittance platform, cryptocurrency exchange, or general-purpose wallet. Depositing and withdrawing without reasonable play may trigger review, additional verification, or applicable administrative restrictions disclosed to the Player.

Withdrawals and Verification

A withdrawal request must comply with Account verification, payment ownership, wagering, security, and transaction review requirements. Where reasonably possible, FW88 may return funds through the same method used for deposit. Alternative methods may require additional checks.

Processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of banking maintenance, e-wallet review, incomplete information, public holidays, payment network congestion, or enhanced security checks. A request submitted through DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or a Malaysian bank remains subject to the relevant provider's processing procedures.

FW88 may pause a withdrawal while investigating suspicious activity, conflicting identity details, bonus misuse, chargebacks, account sharing, technical irregularities, or possible breaches of these terms. Legitimate balances will be handled in accordance with the outcome of the review and applicable obligations.

Betting and Game Rules

Players are responsible for checking all selections, odds, stakes, market descriptions, and potential returns before confirming a Wager. Once accepted by FW88, a Wager generally cannot be amended or cancelled merely because the Player changed their mind or selected the wrong team, market, amount, or fixture.

Sports markets may cover EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, basketball, e-sports, live football, and other events. Settlement is based on the official result and the market-specific rules shown when the Wager is placed. Events that are postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or materially changed may be voided or settled according to the relevant market rule.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the applicable game system and rules. Displayed RTP figures are theoretical long-term percentages and do not predict the result of a session. FW88 does not guarantee winnings, returns, or income. Apparent errors, incorrect odds, faulty displays, or technical malfunctions may be reviewed and corrected where reasonably necessary.

Promotions, Bonuses, and VIP Rewards

Every FW88 promotion may include separate eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contributions, claim periods, maximum conversions, and withdrawal limits. Players must read the promotion-specific conditions before opting in. Receiving an offer does not guarantee eligibility.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per eligible Player, household, device, payment method, or network. Coordinated betting, low-risk wagering designed solely to release a Bonus, duplicate Accounts, opposite-side betting, and other attempts to gain an unfair promotional advantage are prohibited.

FW88 may withhold, cancel, or adjust a Bonus and related winnings where a reasonable review identifies misuse or an eligibility failure. Cash balances unrelated to the breach will be assessed separately. VIP status, cashback, birthday rewards, and loyalty privileges may be modified or withdrawn according to the applicable programme terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not use FW88 to:

• commit fraud, launder money, process unlawful funds, or conceal the origin of funds;
• use another person's identity, Account, e-wallet, bank account, or payment credentials;
• use bots, scripts, automated tools, software manipulation, collusion, or unfair technical methods;
• exploit an obvious pricing, game, display, settlement, or promotional error;
• threaten support personnel, submit deliberately false information, or interfere with the Service;
• sell, transfer, share, or commercially operate an FW88 Account; or
• continue gambling during a cooling-off period or self-exclusion by attempting to create another Account.

FW88 may investigate suspected misconduct and take proportionate measures, including limiting features, voiding affected transactions, closing an Account, or requesting further documentation.

Responsible Gambling

FW88 provides gambling services for entertainment by eligible adults aged 21 and above. Players must not treat gambling as employment, guaranteed income, an investment, or a method of recovering debt. Never deposit money needed for housing, food, transport, education, medical care, bills, or family commitments.

Account controls may include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A Player who activates self-exclusion must not attempt to bypass that restriction. FW88 will take reasonable steps to apply requested controls, but Players remain responsible for avoiding other gambling services and seeking appropriate support where necessary.

Suspension, Closure, and Inactive Accounts

A Player may request Account closure, subject to verification and settlement of legitimate outstanding matters. FW88 may suspend or close an Account where required for security, legal compliance, responsible gambling, prolonged inactivity, material breach, suspected fraud, or protection of other Players and the Service.

Before paying any remaining eligible balance, FW88 may complete identity, source-of-funds, payment ownership, or transaction checks. Bonuses and non-withdrawable promotional credits may expire upon closure. Restrictions intended to support self-exclusion or security may remain recorded where reasonably necessary.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

FW88 seeks to provide stable mobile and desktop access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, device compatibility, mobile network conditions, internet disruption, banking downtime, third-party systems, cybersecurity events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FW88 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable access, Player device failure, incorrect credentials, unauthorised use caused by a Player's failure to protect an Account, or decisions based on sports information that later changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Players should maintain suitable device security, check transaction details, and avoid relying on FW88 for financial, legal, or professional advice.

Privacy and Personal Data

FW88 processes personal information to operate Accounts, verify identity and eligibility, protect transactions, provide support, comply with applicable requirements, and maintain service integrity. Details about data categories, purposes, retention, security, and user rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Players must keep registered information accurate and notify FW88 when important details change. Verification records and security logs may be retained where reasonably required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, apply responsible gambling restrictions, or meet legal obligations.

Changes to These Terms

FW88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, payment methods, security practices, operational requirements, technology, or applicable obligations. Material changes will take effect from the date stated in the updated version.

Players should review this page periodically. Continued use of FW88 after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If a Player does not agree with an update, the Player must stop using the Service and may request Account closure, subject to outstanding verification or settlement requirements.

Complaints and Contact

A Player with an Account, payment, settlement, promotion, or service concern should provide a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, transaction references, and any supporting screenshots. Sensitive passwords or complete banking credentials must never be included.
